LSP-14E Elements The Nature of Innovative Leadership

The focus of this program is creative leadership. People can go three minutes without air, three hours without heat, three days without water, and three weeks without food. Some can even go three months without human contact. But no one wants to go another second without leaders who do not know how to inspire or engage, reframe challenges, manage conflicts, or create collaborative solutions. This program prepares participants to lead and adapt, emerging as resilient leaders ready to step into complex challenges. Innovation leaders are not expected to have all the answers. They may be able to identify trends for the future, but it is impossible to make accurate predictions. The way forward requires an applied process with an open mindset—not an expert opinion, but a curious mind. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and other creative applications take a front seat in this applied innovation process where everyone knows the others are listening. The program starts with a leadership assessment that sets the stage for a reflective process where leaders learn from each other while examining their own individual performance. This play-based creative program prepares participants to lead and transform groups, teams, organizations and/or communities into highly effective agents for change.
