LSP-13E Participant Graphic Facilitation

In this training, you will learn some of the tricks of the trade from not only a Graphic Facilitator, but a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods Facilitator who uses Graphic Facilitating every day. She will also show you how you can create your charts and maps before you head out the door so you look like a pro. Then when people are building, you are adding to the visuals and giving the workshop an extra amazing outcome. Companies spend thousands of dollars to bring their people together in the same place for meetings, workshops, training, and leadership summits. The agenda may be perfect, the content compelling, and the time spent together refreshing and eye-opening. But what happens after everyone goes home? Most LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators take great photos of the models and people as they are building. They may even create a compelling report using the photos. But it is impossible to give every participant the LEGO® model to take home, and we know reports just don’t get read. What if, instead of receiving a huge bundle of slide decks or an obscenely long email with endless bullets, the participants each receive digital posters capturing a summary of the event, with visuals designed to cue their memories into the conversations that took place during the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop? What if those posters not only captured the key concepts, but also embodied the energy, emotions, and even the humor they experienced during the conference?
